We want to thank you and your company Meticulous Constructions for your efforts to build the extensive external improvements for our home and yard space.

Soon after we met you a lot of our concerns regarding undertaking this project seemed to be baseless. From beginning to completion, we had confidence in you that the highest standards would be met, we could trust you to listen to our ideas and react with honest feedback and we could trust you to meet deadlines and keep everyone on track.

Not only do you work very well with clients but you also let them express their wishes and keep an open mind. At every step we were kept involved and could verify what kind of material went into the construction. You followed the specifications you furnished regarding the material to the letter, at the same time giving us helpful tips to our advantage. What is pleasing is the pride and personal interest you take in all your projects and the help you give your clients is far above and beyond of what is expected.

We have received many wonderful compliments regarding our renovated balcony, the huge carport and the extensive concreting and landscaping all of which has tastefully and functionally improved the external appeal and usefulness of our home and yard space.

Our memories of building are filled with positive experiences of having Meticulous Constructions build for us. Our home is great and we love it. Would we like to build with Meticulous Constructions again? Absolutely!

From the minute I mentioned I needed some extensive renovations to my home to accommodate us in our senior years Steve went into overdrive. He had all the sensible ideas and the most practical drawings drawn up in a flash. From there he drew up all the Plans for my approval. With great precision and great cost effective ideas to the most amazing bathroom anyone would just be delighted to show everyone with that WOW factor. His work ethic and consistently improving on his first ideas were just a daily surprise.

He rallied the tradies with great precision and was only happy with the best work and nothing but the best finish. Many a time he would call them back if they did not clean up after themselves. This is an unheard of Quality in such a young Professional Builder. I have recommended him to many of my friends and they have completed renovations for them. I will be forever grateful to Steve for being a man of word and was always on time and so very very understanding and patient with me in my 70″s. That Quality these days is hard to find. Thank you Steve for all your great work all your help to change my home that we will live out our days in.

Just a few lines to let you know how much I appreciate the job you did for me on my house recently; I am absolutely delighted with the verandah roof and the improvement it has made to the functionality of the deck/outdoor living is huge.
